Sales Representative 

U-Play USA Sales Representative will be responsible for selling our private label products to other businesses in our target market. This is an inside sales position.

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, and attending trade shows and conferences

  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and explain how specific products and services can meet these needs

  • Help customers select products to meet customers’ needs, product specifications, and regulations

  • Emphasize product features that will meet customers’ needs, and exhibit the capabilities and limitations of their products

  • Answer customers’ questions about the prices, availability, and uses of the products which we are selling

  • Develop proposals for current or prospective customers

  • Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements

  • Prepare sales contracts and submit orders for processing

  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as information on selling strategies and marketing information

  • Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with their purchases and to answer any questions or concerns they might have

 

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's degree 

  • Intermediate computer skills

  • Exceptional Communication & Listening skills

  • Must possess basic mathematical skills 

  • Must be professional and ethical
     

Physical Demands

  • Must be comfortable sitting for long periods of time 

  • Be willing to travel 20% of time

MANUFACTURING-machine operator 

The Machine Operator is responsible for the setup, operation, maintenance, and change over procedures of machines. Operator may work with computer-controlled equipment. This job description is not intended to cover or contain all duties or responsibilities that are required by the employee. 

Responsibilities

  • Perform operational duties such as manual lifting, taping, and measuring

  • Lift material bales using a lift machine

  • Measure material bales for accuracy

  • Use a pallet jack

  • Operate mechanical hoist

  • Work with a conveyor belt system

  • Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor 

  • Test operation of machine periodically

  • Starts and stops machines and complies with emergency stops

  • Maintain machine log books and records for inspections per SOP 

  • Maintain the work area, machines, tools and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow set safety regulations 

  • Perform related duties as assigned
     

Physical Demands

  • Must be comfortable working at height greater than 6 feet

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds 

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time 

  • Work will involve some repetitive motions to include frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling of products and product containers   

  • Due to the environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity and cold 
     

Requirements:  

  • Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions

  • Ability to read/understand/fill out paperwork for operation

  • Wear required personal protective equipment at all times 

  • Effectively communicate information and respond to questions from various levels within the organization 

  • Utilize various equipment as needed to perform duties

STAFF ACCOUNTANT 

Staff Accountant

Basic requirements:

  • Maintain the financial records of the company

  • Generate and finalize Monthly Financial report

  • Perform accounting functions: Managing the fixed assets and depreciation schedules of assets, reconciling bank statements and management expense reports

  • AR/AP

  • Assist with payroll

  • QuickBooks experience and strong Microsoft Excel skills are a must

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Must be deadline-oriented, have excellent time management, attention to detail and adhere to the company’s confidentiality policy

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 to $22.00 /hour (commensurate with experience)
